App” shall mean the mobile software application in the name of Mamma Miya which can be downloaded from a public forum and installed and operated on a mobile device.

“Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action or any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to your mobile or storage device, crashes, breach of security and encryption.

Personal Information” refers to any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with Us is capable of identifying such person.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages & Mobile applications and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or if it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.

When you register for use of our App and/or Website, we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Users who sign up for the free account are not required to enter credit card details. We use the collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

You can also register on the App and/or Website by logging into online accounts that you may have with Third Party service providers (e.g. Facebook); (each such account, a “Third Party Account“), in the manner described below. If you decide to register by logging into a Third Party Account via our App and/or Website, we will obtain from your public profile the Personal Information you have provided to the applicable Third Party Service Providers (such as your name, email address, profile picture, names of Third Party Service Providers friends, names of Third Party Service Providers groups to which you belong, other information you make publicly available via the applicable Third Party Service Providers and/or other information you authorize us to access by authorizing the Third Party Service Providers to provide such information to us) from your Third Party Accounts and use that information to create your account and profile page and you will become a member on the App and/or Website. Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, you understand that by granting us access to the public profile of your Third Party Account, we will access, make available and store (if applicable and as permitted by the Third Party Service Providers and authorized by you) the information in the public profile of your Third Party Account so that it is available on and through your account on the Website.
